Key Responsibilities:
* Administer, maintain, and enhance service management platforms.
* Develop product roadmaps and drive continuous improvement.
* Train and support teams in best practices.
* Ensure system integrity across workflows, configurations, and integrations.
* Manage assets and integrate with third-party tools via APIs.
* Maintain clear documentation and support models.
Reporting & Visualisation:
* Create and manage reports and dashboards using service management platforms and external data sources.
* Deliver actionable insights aligned with IT KPIs.
* Optimise and centralise IT Operations data for improved performance tracking.
Stakeholder Engagement:
* Work with business and technical teams to gather requirements and implement solutions.
* Translate business needs into scalable configurations.
* Support and advocate for operational excellence.
