The Home Care Assistant Role
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Care Assistant (new or experienced) qualified with a minimum Cert III in Aged Care to join our team and make a positive impact in the lives of older adults.
* Maintaining Independence: Delivering personalized support to help older adult clients maintain and grow their independence.
* Improving Quality of Life: Implementing individual service plans, healthcare plans, and positive behaviour support strategies to promote well-being.
* Creating Connection: Offering companionship, engaging conversation, and emotional support, while assisting with personal care needs in the comfort of the client's home.
* Enhancing Mobility: Assisting clients with transportation to important appointments, making sure they stay connected and supported in their healthcare journey.
