Your day in the life of Associate Director - E-Commerce Growth, Mobile Products at Optus
As the Associate Director - E-Commerce Growth, Mobile Products, you will be at the forefront of driving our eCommerce strategy and execution for Postpaid Mobile and Connected Devices. You will set and implement the vision, purpose, and strategy for eCommerce at Optus and ensure it is embedded within our eCommerce teams. Your role will be crucial in optimizing and driving growth in sales and revenue mix across Optus Online Sales channels, contributing significantly to our business.
You will understand customer behavior and craft consistent and compelling sales and research experiences that enable and entice customers to purchase in all Optus sales channels. You'll act as a crucial link between the Agile Community and non-Agile business units, ensuring world-class eCommerce experiences for our customers. Working alongside Product Marketing, you will craft the Mobile, Connected Devices, and Accessory squad’s backlogs in alignment with our vision and strategy.
Ensure talent growth, balance resources, and implement Chapter standards. Own eCommerce experiences at Optus, collaborate with digital marketing and CE teams for growth.
Your skills to pay the bills
We are looking for someone with a proven track record in eCommerce strategy development and execution, particularly within the mobile products space. You should have experience in optimizing sales flows and driving growth in online sales channels. Strong understanding of customer behavior and sales conversion techniques is essential.
You must demonstrate outstanding leadership skills, with the ability to set standards for eCommerce and digital techniques across digital and traditional channels. Your ability to communicate requirements, dependencies, and impacts to various collaborators will be critical in delivering flawless eCommerce experiences.
Additionally, you should be highly organized, have a growth mentality, and be able to manage relationships with key partners across the business. Your optimism and proactive approach to finding new opportunities and driving growth will set you apart.
