The Opportunity
This position demands leadership and strategic thinking as you spearhead organizational change management initiatives across multiple projects.
* You will partner with stakeholders to support program and/or project level business change activities, ensuring seamless implementation.
* Collaborate with project teams to deliver clear results that embed the desired change within the organization.
* Closely monitor progress and guarantee all governance requirements are met, including risk identification, planning, reporting, and project management.
About You
* A tertiary qualification in Information Technology, Business Management, or Communications, coupled with extensive experience in end-to-end change management on complex projects using a structured approach.
* Hold a Prosci certification and apply the ADKAR model effectively.
* Prior experience in digital, data, and technology programs or projects is advantageous.
* Proven ability to plan and manage people, process, and behavior change implementation activities.
