The Role:

* Offer expert guidance on our innovative range of hearing devices and accessories, meeting the diverse needs of our customers.
* Efficiently resolve concerns to guarantee every interaction leaves a lasting positive impression.
* Contribute to local marketing efforts to promote our services and clinic, helping to drive growth and success.
* Perform minor hearing aid repairs, receiving training and support as needed.
What We Are Looking For:
* At least 2 years of experience in delivering customer service in retail or allied health environments, with a proven track record of providing exceptional care.
* Strong computer literacy and the ability to navigate various software programs, including CRM and appointment management systems.
