As the business grows, they are now looking for a confident and capable HR Advisor to join their dynamic team. This is a newly created role due to growth! About the role This generalist HR Advisor position plays a pivotal role in partnering with Store Leaders across the business to deliver consistent, fair, and commercially aligned HR support. From employee relations and recruitment to performance management and culture initiatives, you'll be the go-to for all things people. This is a role where you'll wear multiple hats and genuinely influence outcomes, working closely with the Head of HR and broader leadership team. What you will do Partner with store leaders on all aspects of the employee lifecycle Coach and guide managers through ER and performance management processes Deliver end-to-end recruitment and support onboarding and early engagement Act as the primary HR contact across the store network Support and implement people programs around engagement, compliance, DEI and L&D Ensure compliance with Fair Work and internal policies, contributing to reporting and continuous improvement Assist with investigations, audits and policy updates as needed What you will bring Tertiary qualifications in HR, IR or related field Prior experience in a generalist HR or advisory role ideal Sound knowledge of the Fair Work Act and best practice HR principles Experience working with the General Retail Industry Award (advantageous) Strong communication skills, with the ability to build rapport across all levels Resilience, initiative, and the ability to work independently What's in it for you!
