We're seeking an enthusiastic and driven individual to join our team as a Staffing Manager in Melbourne.

This hands-on position requires someone with a passion for people, a knack for recruitment, and a keen eye for business management.

Key Responsibilities:

* Oversee the day-to-day staffing operations of the VIC office.
* Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure exceptional service delivery and high levels of client satisfaction.
* Collaborate with the team to achieve recruitment and staffing targets, consistently striving to exceed client expectations.
* Support the overall business management of the VIC office, with a focus on profitability and operational efficiency.
* Monitor market trends and industry developments to identify opportunities for innovation and business growth.
* Work over a rotating roster including weekends

Ideal Candidate:

* Genuine care for people and a commitment to fostering long-term relationships.
* Previous experience as a manager within the hospitality industry is highly advantageous.
* In-depth understanding of the broader hospitality industry, including market trends and customer expectations.
* Demonstrated leadership skills, leading by example with a hands-on and proactive approach.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-facing environment, managing high volumes with precision and efficiency.
* Has a current police check or is willing to obtain one.
