About the Role:
We are seeking a strategic leader to head our agribusiness division, driving growth and expansion in key markets.
This senior leadership position combines vision with execution, requiring strong relationships with distributors, retailers, zoos, and wildlife organizations.
Responsibilities include:
* Developing sales strategies to meet ambitious targets
* Building and maintaining key stakeholder relationships in animal nutrition and agribusiness
* Identifying new markets and distribution opportunities, including international expansion
* Negotiating with key accounts and strategic partners
* Mentoring and guiding a sales team to drive performance through clear KPIs
* Collaborating with product, nutrition, and logistics teams to deliver value-driven solutions
* Monitoring competitor activity, industry trends, and regulatory developments to shape strategy
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will require:
* 10-15 years of progressive sales experience, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership position
* Proven success in animal nutrition, agribusiness, pet food, or exotic animal feed markets
* Experience in international markets and distributor management is highly desirable
* Exceptional commercial and negotiation skills, with a proven track record of delivering growth
* A passion for animals, wildlife, and conservation, with the ability to communicate technical knowledge in a clear, customer-focused way
* Strong leadership and team-building skills
