About the role
We're on the lookout for a Lift Service Technician who's passionate about safety, reliability, and great customer service.
What you'll be doing
* Performing scheduled and reactive maintenance on lift systems, including diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repairs.
* Carrying out safety inspections and testing to identify and address any potential issues.
* Responding promptly to customer call-outs and providing efficient on-site service.
* Maintaining detailed records of all work performed and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
* Collaborating with the wider team to share knowledge, provide support, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our service delivery.
What we're looking for
* A valid Electrical license and previous experience as an Electrician or Lift Service Technician.
* Strong technical knowledge and hands-on skills in the maintenance and repair of a wide range of lift systems.
* Minimum of 3+ years experience in lift servicing and fault-finding.
* Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities to diagnose and rectify issues efficiently.
* A keen eye for detail and a commitment to high-quality work and customer service.
* Effective communication skills to liaise with customers and coordinate with the wider team.
* A proactive and adaptable approach to your work, with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
* Solid understanding of Australian Lift Codes and Safety Standards.
* Current, clean Australian Drivers Licence.
* Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident.
