Responsibilities:
* Take responsibility for your section, ensuring high-quality food standards
* Prepare, cook, and present dishes in line with our specifications
* Work closely with the Executive Chef and Sous Chefs to keep service running smoothly
* Maintain excellent hygiene, safety, and food handling standards
* Support team members and step up when needed
What we're looking for:
* Experience in a similar role within a busy kitchen
* Passion for food and attention to detail
* A team player with a positive, can-do attitude
* Strong understanding of food safety and kitchen operations
* Ability to stay organised and perform under pressure
