AutoCAD Drafting Team Leader
An award-winning and highly established volume home building company, due to continued growth into 2026, is looking to hire an experienced AutoCAD Drafting Team Leader to join their growing drafting team. Housing construction projects consist of a vast range of designs across single and double storey homes.
The business is progressing to Revit within the next 6 months and has a full-time BIM Manager who is conducting the internal implementation. The company is willing to consider drafting professionals from all software backgrounds of AutoCAD, Revit and ArchiCAD with full REVIT training provided when the Revit implementation has been finalized.
Key Responsibilities
* Report to the Drafting Manager.
* Ensure all work is completed within set time frames.
* Maintain high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
* Work within a highly supportive and collaborative team environment.
Role Requirements
* MUST have a minimum of 3–4 years of experience as a senior drafter with a volume home building company or a team leader/senior leadership position.
* Intermediate to advanced-level drafting experience using AutoCAD.
* REVIT skills would be highly advantageous.
* Strong time management and organisational skills.
* Excellent interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills.
* Ability to work well in a fast‐paced environment.
* Proven track record within the volume home building industry.
* Strong team player.
* Able to meet deadlines.
