* Trauma-Informed Service Delivery : Provide long-term support to victims of family, domestic, and sexual violence who are experiencing mental health challenges.
* R isk Assessment and Safety Planning : Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and safety plans for victims, including children and young people, as mandated by the MARAM Framework.
* A ccessible and Inclusive Support : Offer accessible services to all victims, regardless of their background, ensuring that support is tailored to their individual needs.
* Care Coordination and Case Management : Coordinate care and case management for victims, connecting them with trauma-informed mental health services.
* Promoting Healing and Recovery : Assist victims in their journey towards healing and recovery from the trauma they have experienced
The Ideal Candidate will bring:

* A tertiary qualification is required in Social Work (preferred) or appropriate qualification, as per Royal Commission Recommendation 209 – Mandatory Minimum Qualifications for Specialist FV Workers and experience relevant to this position.
