What You'll Bring:

* Experience leading teams within an aviation engineering or maintenance environment, with a practical, hands on leadership style.
* Strong working knowledge of aviation regulations and compliance frameworks, and the ability to operate confidently within an Aviation Maintenance Organisation.
* A sound understanding of safety, quality, and risk management systems, with a strong compliance mindset.
* Proven capability in workforce planning, maintenance scheduling, and coordinating resources to meet operational needs.
* Familiarity with maintenance planning systems, technical records, and electronic maintenance tools (e.g. Aerotrack or similar) would be advantageous.
