Key Responsibilities:

* Monitor and analyze performance, developing action plans to address any gaps.
* Implement strategies for efficient scheduling and resource management.
* Lead continuous improvement initiatives, including process standardization and problem-solving.
* Supervise team performance, work allocation, and adherence to service metrics.
* Manage fleet and equipment availability, asset reconciliation, and maintenance schedules.
* Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental policies.
* Foster positive relationships with customers and resolve service queries promptly.
Requirements:
* Demonstrated experience in transport or warehouse operations, ideally within the FMCG or retail sector.
* Proven ability to supervise staff and manage infrastructure or equipment.
* Strong understanding of budgeting, finance systems, and relevant workplace legislation.
* Experience in customer service and managing subcontractor relationships.
* Knowledge of safety, risk management, and compliance requirements.
* Effective communication and coaching skills, with a focus on safety and compliance.
