Key responsibilities include reporting, dispute resolution, and maintaining accurate site data, such as landlord information and maintenance records.Other key duties may include;Interpret and enforce lease terms; advise on repairs, maintenance, and lessor damage claims.Raise and manage landlord-related tickets in Pegasus; resolve facilities disputes.Address landlord concerns, consent requests, and coordinate with internal/external stakeholdersManage property risks (lease tenure, operational, legal).
Provide high-level lease analysis and advice to the National Portfolio Manager.QualificationsExperience in a similar Property Manager or Property Administrator position, with a strong understanding of commercial and industrial leasing practices.Certificate of registration is essential, or willingness to obtain.Advanced Excel skills paired with experience using systems such as Pegasus.Excellent written and oral communication skills.Ability to deal with several matters and work to deadlines.Additional InformationWe fosteran environment in which everyone at Colliers feels respected and comfortable bringing their authentic selves to do their best work.
