Seeking a seasoned Finance Business Partner to provide expert financial support to the Aviation team. The successful candidate will be accountable for delivering high-quality advice founded on sound commercial thinking, driving business outcomes through insightful financial analysis and forecasting.
Key Responsibilities:
* Billing and Reporting: Approve monthly billing, review movements and charges, and provide accurate and timely month-end reports to internal stakeholders.
* Budgeting and Forecasting: Prepare annual budgets and forecasts for the Aviation portfolio, engaging with budget owners and the Aviation Leadership Team.
* Security Recoveries: Manage the security recovery budgeting, forecasting, and reporting process, including delivering high-quality analysis across various security categories, terminals, and airlines.
* Commercial: Prepare quarterly reporting requirements under the T1 TOL, manage airline queries, and reconcile airline incentives.
* Capital Investment Business Cases: Review financial outcomes, provide analytical support, and ensure accuracy and completeness of business case assumptions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Strong knowledge of accounting practices, standards, and methodologies.
* Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively to stakeholders at all levels.
* Highly analytically and technically competent, with experience in reporting, forecasting, and reviewing data quality.
* Proven senior finance experience (7+ years) in a large corporate environment, preferably in infrastructure or a capital-intensive sector.
