About the Role

You'll be the energy and leadership behind a high‐performing team, focused on delivering outstanding customer experiences every day. This hands‐on, high‐paced, high‐reward role includes:

• Leading, mentoring, and developing your team
• Delivering exceptional service in a busy cafe environment
• Managing day‐to‐day operations—from stock control to rostering
• Working closely with senior leaders to improve processes and grow profit

• 2+ years of cafe, restaurant, or retail leadership experience
