We are looking for a motivated and talented Design Architect or Graduate of Architecture to join our dynamic team. The successful applicant will ideally bring 5+ years of industry experience and strong Revit skills, and may be an experienced graduate on the pathway to registration or a recently registered architect.
As part of our team, you will work closely with our Head of Design, developing your skills and contributing to a wide range of exciting projects.
Responsibilities
- Develop strong design concepts and communicate them clearly through sketches, drawings, and 3D visualisations.
- Contribute to feasibility studies, site analysis, and concept design proposals.
- Prepare and present design material for client meetings, competitions, and stakeholder reviews.
- Collaborate with Directors and Project Leaders to refine and evolve designs that balance creativity, functionality, and compliance.
- Translate design ideas into clear documentation in Revit for early-stage approvals and presentations.
- Engage with consultants and team members to ensure design intent is carried through into documentation.
- Stay informed on design trends, materials, and technologies to bring innovation to projects.
Qualifications & Criteria
- Bachelor of Architecture or equivalent degree from a recognised institution.
- Eligible for (or recently achieved) registration as an Architect in Australia.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in an architectural practice.
- Strong proficiency in Revit (ArchiCAD experience also valued but not essential).
- Proven experience across one or more sectors such as commercial, residential, hospitality, or retail.
- Excellent design, documentation, and contract administration skills.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
