THE ROLE The Administrative Officer, Client Support and Housing Services plays an important role supporting teams with the delivery of Housing, Reception and Complex Needs services across the Loddon Area. The role is the primary administrative support resource for the program and works closely with staff with processing accounts, supporting meetings (agendas/minutes) and legal correspondence for VCAT submissions. The position is also responsible for coordinating timely responses to all executive correspondence (including Ministerials and Briefings) and complaints relating to the program. The Administrative Officer assists in the delivery of reception services for the Bendigo Office by supplementing shifts and supporting a small team to ensure service continuity is sustained. ACCOUNTABILITIES INCLUDE * Coordinate the delivery of reception services (including answering phones and concierge) as part of a small team in the Bendigo Office. Includes undertaking shifts on Bendigo Reception at set points throughout each week and also reactively to assist with sustaining resources during periods of unplanned leave. * Effectively manage office processes and maintain corporate information systems for records management, financial information, fleet management, client payments and ministerial correspondence as required. * Primary contact for coordinating the response of executive correspondence requests impacting the program (includes Ministerial enquiries, Ombudsmen's requests, Customer complaints and queries).
