Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to join our team as a Curriculum Management Coordinator. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about education and curriculum development.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support to academic areas for academic functions regarding curriculum development, quality and standards, course viability and student progression. They will contribute to the planning, design and execution of curriculum projects, ensuring deadlines and milestones are identified and met in an effective manner.
They will also facilitate effective two-way communication between Schools and the Quality and Standards Office to coordinate and enable integration of curriculum management, reporting and review processes in a consistent, effective and efficient manner.
Deliver processes in support of the curriculum management function, including contributing support and advice to all aspects of curriculum portfolio planning, documenting curriculum for approval and secretarial support to committees reviewing curriculum changes.
Key responsibilities:
* Provide administrative support for curriculum development and implementation;
* Coordinate and facilitate meetings and communications with stakeholders;
* Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports;
* Contribute to the development and implementation of curriculum policies and procedures;
* Collaborate with other teams to ensure alignment and consistency of curriculum management practices.
