About the Role

This key administration position plays a pivotal part in driving business success. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering essential finance and sales administration tasks, ensuring accurate and timely financial information is provided to the management team.

The role entails the creation and delivery of finance and sales reports to support informed decision-making and overall business growth. Furthermore, this position requires effective communication and coordination with various stakeholders, including customers and remote sales teams.

Main responsibilities include:

* Accounts Administration: managing accounts, processing payments, and maintaining ledgers
* Sales Order Processing/Credit Management: efficiently processing orders, managing credit limits, and maintaining customer relationships
* Payroll processing and HR support: handling employee data, benefits, and performance management
* Sales team and marketing support: providing administrative assistance, coordinating events, and contributing to marketing initiatives
* Work health and Safety administration: overseeing workplace safety policies, procedures, and compliance
* General office-based administration tasks: maintaining office efficiency, organization, and supplies


Requirements:

To excel in this role, you should possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with advanced Microsoft Office suite skills.

A strong understanding of Monday.com, Core Cin7 Inventory, and Xero would be highly beneficial. Additionally, experience working autonomously within a collaborative team environment is essential.
