The Opportunity
CSR is seeking an Administration Assistant & Receptionist to be the first point of contact at our North Ryde Head Office. This role ensures seamless operations and provides exceptional service to visitors, employees, and contractors.
About The Role
1. First point of contact for visitors, calls, and emails.
2. Manage office supplies, security access, and parking coordination.
3. Oversee contractor compliance and office maintenance.
4. Support WHS, Fire Warden, and First Aid coordination.
5. Process invoices, purchase orders (SAP preferred), and reports.
6. Provide executive support, including diary management and travel bookings.
About You
1. Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused approach.
2. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
3. Highly organized with the ability to multitask and work autonomously.
4. SAP experience preferred but not essential.
