About the Role
We are creating a new Marketing Generalist role to support Ticketebo's rapid growth and the next stage of our journey.
This is a broad, senior-scope role with end-to-end ownership of Ticketebo's marketing presence across our current and future markets. You will be the internal champion for how the Ticketebo brand and future brand extensions show up across all channels and territories, working hands‐on while managing current and specialist agency partners as required.
Reporting to the CEO and working closely with leadership, product, sales, and customer teams, you will play a key role in building brand awareness, supporting growth, and ensuring consistency across every touchpoint. This role is ideal for a high-performing Marketing Manager who has strong channel experience and is ready to step into greater ownership, influence, and impact.
What You Will Do
* Own and evolve the Ticketebo brand and future brand extensions across current and future territories
* Act as the internal champion for marketing strategy, execution, and brand standards
* Lead social media strategy and execution across organic and paid channels
* Own paid marketing strategy and performance across search, social, and display
* Manage current and future specialist agency partners as required, including SEO, paid advertising, and PR
* Drive website performance, SEO outcomes, and conversion optimisation in partnership with our SEO agency
* Plan and execute industry marketing initiatives including sponsorships, partnerships, newsletters, industry exhibitions, and events
* Lead PR, storytelling, and content to build brand credibility and awareness
* Collaborate closely with product and sales teams on campaigns and go‐to‐market activity, including new products, future brands, and future territories
* Track, analyse, and report on marketing performance using clear, meaningful metrics
* Ensure Ticketebo's sustainability credentials and values are communicated authentically and consistently across all current and future brands and territories
About You
You will be a strong fit if you bring:
* Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or similar role within a SaaS, technology, platform, or growth-focused business
* Experience owning multiple marketing channels simultaneously, either directly or through agencies
* Confidence managing external partners and holding them accountable to outcomes
* Strong understanding of digital marketing including social, paid media, SEO, and website performance
* A strategic mindset combined with a willingness to roll up your sleeves and execute
* Strong communication and storytelling skills
* Commercial awareness and the ability to align marketing activity with business growth
* Comfort working autonomously in a fast-paced, evolving environment
* Curiosity, initiative, and a desire to take ownership and make your mark
* Experience in event technology, marketplaces, fintech, or purpose-led brands will be highly regarded but is not essential.
