Drive business development and foster long-term client relationships.Collaborate with the wider firm on multi-disciplinary matters including commercial and property law.The ideal candidate:8+ years PQE in Family Law with proven leadership or senior-level experience.Confident handling complex parenting and property matters.Strong client management skills with a compassionate and strategic approach.Experience mentoring or supervising junior lawyers.Ambitious, commercially minded, and eager to grow a practice.Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.If this role does not align to your experience and/or career goals, please contact us to discuss other suitable opportunities .
