Job Description

We're looking for a proactive leader to drive operational excellence, lead a high-performing team, and spearhead continuous improvement initiatives in Payroll and HR Coordination.

Your Key Responsibilities:

* Lead and develop the Payroll & HR Coordination team, ensuring high performance and engagement.
* Oversee fortnightly and monthly payroll processing, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
* Drive continuous improvement, streamlining payroll processes and system enhancements.
* Manage workcover, payroll tax, and superannuation reconciliations with precision.
* Support seamless onboarding, contract management, and employee status changes via Workday.
* Foster strong cross-functional relationships across Finance, Tax, Treasury, and P&C teams.

Qualifications

* Proven leadership in Payroll & HR Coordination, with a values-driven approach.
* Strong compliance, governance, and payroll expertise, including ANZ legislation.
* Experience managing HR systems and payroll transformation projects.
* Ability to navigate complex challenges, influence stakeholders, and drive change.
* A passion for continuous improvement and innovation in payroll and HR operations.
* Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills.
