About the Role
In your role as a Store Associate at TK Maxx, you will be responsible for a range of tasks, this will include but is not limited to, delivering excellent customer service, sales merchandising and display, and stock management. You will be responsible for ensuring customers receive a positive shopping experience that will keep them coming back. You will also be tasked with the processing and merchandising of stock to drive profitable sales.

Maintenance and replenishment of stock
Visual merchandising of products
Cooperatively work in a team environment
Skills/Experience
The successful applicant should possess the following:
Previous retail fashion experience in a rapid-paced environment is desirable
Sales and results-driven with proven experience in meeting KPIs
Experience in a high-volume retail environment
Team player with good interpersonal skills
Experience in merchandising a range of products

Payrate
Part-time - from $ 16.37 - 23.38 per hour based on GRIA
Casual - from $ 20.46 - 29.23 per hour based on GRIA
