About the role:
As Supervisor, you’ll lead day-to-day depot operations, support train crews, and drive safety, performance, and team development. You’ll play a key role in shaping our refreshed Coal North region.
What you’ll bring:
Proven leadership in logistics, transport, or heavy industry
Passion for safety and team development
Robust communication and problem-solving skills
Rail experience is a bonus, but not essential
