Job Description
The ICT Relationship Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring the effective delivery of ICT contract management across our organization. This involves building and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders, identifying and resolving risks, and providing advice to ensure ongoing positive relationships and improved outcomes.
This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to join our team and contribute to the strategic direction of our ICT operations.
Key Responsibilities
1. Manage ICT services contracts, including contract management assurance and procurement activities.
2. Liaise and negotiate with providers for major ICT contracts and renegotiate deliverables to meet required objectives and user needs.
3. Review existing ICT contracts for continued need and value for money and action prior to expiry.
The successful candidate will have highly developed analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify, manage, and resolve risks. They will also have strong relationship management skills, including the ability to facilitate cooperation with a range of internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
* Demonstrated high-level experience in contract and account management.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to exercise influence and negotiate to achieve effective outcomes and solutions.
* Highly developed analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, including the ability to identify, manage, and resolve risks.
