 
        
        Job Title: Front Office Coordinator
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Front Office Coordinator.
The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facility, directly supporting the well-being of our elderly residents and contributing to their daily happiness.
This is a full-time position, working Monday through Friday.
Key Responsibilities:
 * Manage reception and administrative duties, maintaining accurate records and providing exceptional customer service to clients, families, visitors, and staff.
 * Handle a range of administrative tasks, including oversight of contractor management, maintenance of office processes and procedures, petty cash management, and reconciliation of receipts.
 * Collect and distribute mail, as well as order and manage office supplies.
What We're Looking For:
We are seeking an individual with:
 * Previous experience in an administrative role, with strong computer skills, especially with Microsoft Office, and the ability to quickly learn new software.
 * Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong interpersonal skills and effective time management.
 * A current unrestricted Driver's License.
Certificate III in Business is desirable.
