Transformative People Partner
The role of the Senior People and Wellbeing Business Partner operates within assigned client groups, comprising Colleges, Institutes and Divisions. Their objective is to deeply understand the stakeholders and drive solutions that harmoniously blend institutional realities with people orientation.
They will function as a trusted advisor to the University's people leaders and managers, shaping a culture centred around people and delivering a breadth of initiatives impacting both transformation and operations.
Key Responsibilities
* Contribute to an effective partnership between People and Wellbeing and the Divisions, ensuring efficient provision of HR advice and support.
* Provide expert assistance in workforce strategies, organisational design and people plans.
* Develop and enable programs and initiatives that align with the University's strategic direction.
* Coach People Leaders and Managers to support staff and foster a culture of engagement, accountability, excellence, and high performance.
* Provide coaching and mentoring to People and Wellbeing colleagues to support their growth and development.
* Provide HR expertise on strategic and operational initiatives.
