**About the role**:
- 5 openings
- Permanent position with immediate start
- Brisbane or Broadbeach locations (office-based position)
- Full Time Monday to Friday (8am - 4pm or 9am - 5pm, with one day requirement to do closing business time 11am - 7pm) or PT (minimum 25h/week - afternoon/closing business shifts).
- Salary: $55 - 60k per annum + Super
**Key Responsibilities**:
In this role, you'll be at the forefront of phone-based customer service, engaging with clients, addressing inquiries, and ensuring their needs are met seamlessly. You'll also take on essential administrative duties that contribute to the organisation's efficiency. Key duties include:
- Professionally manage inbound calls within set timelines, providing basic troubleshooting responses (password reset enquiries or updating clients' details into the system) or escalating more complex queries to a specialist.
- Skillfully identify customer needs, provide clarifications, and offer effective solutions.
- Maintain detailed call records to ensure accurate documentation.
- Contribute to ad hoc administrative tasks that keep things running smoothly.
