About The Role
We are seeking a Workplace Wellness Specialist to develop and implement frameworks for employee fitness, injury management, rehabilitation, and return-to-work processes. Your primary focus will be on ensuring alignment with our strategic objectives.
You will oversee compliance and performance by monitoring workers' compensation claims, systems, and practices against regulatory requirements.
You will Coordinate case management and stakeholder engagement, maintaining effective communication between injured employees, managers, insurers, and health providers to support recovery plans.
You will Design and manage rehabilitation programs, including identifying suitable duties and facilitating redeployment to enable successful return-to-work outcomes.
You will Lead workplace wellbeing initiatives, contributing to projects and reporting that promote workforce capability and support organisational objectives.
