Technical Support Specialist Job Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will provide expert-level support for Microsoft platforms and workflow automation tools.
You will be responsible for:
* Supporting the migration of Nintex Office 365 workflows to Automation Cloud
* Managing and configuring SharePoint sites, including lists, libraries, metadata, and user access
* Helping manage incidents and system updates for applications like Guardian and fleet management, working with vendors when needed
* Following established governance frameworks to maintain content processes and support application release planning
* Building and updating mobile forms and workflows using Nintex and other approved tools
* Monitoring system performance, reporting on key metrics, and supporting application security

To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A strong understanding of Microsoft 365 applications, including Teams and SharePoint Online
* Practical knowledge of Nintex workflows, including troubleshooting and issue resolution
