What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience in smaller scale projects - final trim, trenching etc
Proven experience as an operator in civil or industrial environments
Demonstrated leadership in a Leading Hand or Supervisor role
Current QAL/BSL/RTY Blue Medipass (or willingness to obtain)
A strong commitment to safety, teamwork, and efficiency
RII certifications for operating:
* Front End Loader
* Skid Steer Loader
* Excavator
* Roller
