You will play a pivotal role in providing compassionate and competent care to Arcare Residents while maintaining a supportive and positive work environment for the care team.Your key responsibilities will be:Clinical Care: Providing high-quality medical care, including assessing residents' health conditions, monitoring vital signs, and managing medications and treatments.Wound Management: Managing and dressing wounds, preventing infections, and promoting proper wound healing.Health Care Planning: Developing and implementing individualized care plans based on residents' specific needs and medical conditions.Assessment and Documentation: Conducting thorough health assessments, maintaining accurate medical records, and documenting changes in residents' health conditions on eCase.Pain Management: Addressing pain concerns and implementing pain management strategies.Emergency Response: Being prepared to handle medical emergencies and coordinating the response as necessary.End-of-Life Care: Providing comfort and support during end-of-life care, including palliative care.Skills & ExperienceAbility to work across Nights & DaysCurrent AHPRA RegistrationKnowledge of Aged Care accreditation standardsAdaptable, passionate and willingness to learnCollaborative and skilled at teamworkFriendly and effective communication abilitiesReady to ApplyOur people and culture set us apart and our ongoing focus of working together as one team.
