About the role Lower Eyre Family Practice is seeking an experienced and motivated Practice Manger to lead our dedicated team in Cummins. This full-time role is responsible for overseeing daily operations, financial management, staff supervision, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations. Key responsibilities Manage the daily operations of the practice, ensuring a seamless patient experience. Lead Quality Improvement initiatives to ensure maximum efficiency, accuracy, and compliance. Manage and maintain internal reporting tools, templates, and practice-wide documentation systems. Support onboarding of new staff including training and professional development. Manage IT systems, including practice management software and telehealth services. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and workplace safety requirements. Manage stakeholder and community engagement.
