Responsibilities
* Be responsible for high quality food production and presentation.
* Able to modify dishes according to specific requirements of patrons.
* Must be available for weekends and public holidays as we are open all year round, 7 days a week for lunches and dinners.
* Reliable, passionate and creative with excellent kitchen organizational and business skills.
Qualifications
* Fully skilled with a minimum of 2-year experience from a comparable busy, high-volume environment.
* Familiar with Italian cuisine.
