Customer Service & Logistics Coordinator Full Time - Permanent Role Mascot location - Hybrid working available $80,000 - $90,000 Super DOE Cox Purtell is currently partnering with a growing global healthcare business looking for an experienced Customer Service & Logistics Coordinator to be the connective tissue between their sales team, third-party logistics partner, and customers. This is a fast-paced, detail-oriented role where no two days are the same, you'll own the full order lifecycle, from account setup through to delivery and reconciliation whilst providing fantastic service levels. This is a full-time role, based at their office in Mascot within walking distance of the train station. The client can offer hybrid working (3 days in office per week) and a salary of $80,000 - $90,000 Super per year. Key Responsibilities: Managing the end-to-end order process in SAP - new accounts, order submission, returns, and tracking Acting as the primary liaison between the business, the logistics partner and customers - resolving delivery issues and account queries promptly Monitoring and reconciling inventory levels and managing supply chain reporting Maintaining accurate customer and pricing data in SAP, and producing daily sales, open order, and delivery status reports Coordinating the logistics of training products and conference materials Key Skills/Experience Required: Minimum 3 years in a customer service and logistics coordination role, ideally in a product distribution or healthcare environment Hands-on experience with an ERP system - SAP experience is a strong advantage High attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities under pressure Confident communicator - comfortable dealing with customers, internal teams, and external partners via phone and email A proactive, team-first attitude with a genuine drive to deliver excellent customer outcomes If this role sounds of interest to you, please apply now for immediate consideration!
