We're seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Senior Generalist or Business Partner.
This is a fast-paced role reporting to the People & Culture Manager, requiring strong relationship-building skills and strategic HR expertise.
* Key stakeholders will be engaged across various locations, delivering contemporary HR support throughout the employee life cycle.
The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role within a complex organisation.
A strong understanding of employment law, industrial relations, and award/agreement interpretation is essential.
* Responsibilities include:
o Coaching leaders on performance management, leadership development, and employee relations.
o Providing tailored HR advice and support, driving culturally safe and inclusive workforce solutions.
The successful candidate will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, producing well-structured reports and evidence-based advice.
Bonus points for experience in the not-for-profit sector and community services background.
