PKF Merit is looking for a Client Services Officer to support the tax & business services team.
You will have an integral part to play in the team meeting & exceeding client expectations as well as being the conduit between the firm, the ATO and other external parties.
This is a fast-paced roll, and attention to detail a must. You must possess the ability to time manage yourself, your response times to client queries, as well as all ADHOC tasks given to you

Key Responsibilities
• Conduit for client & external parties
• Work efficiently within the Tax and Business Services workflow process
• Co-ordinating the ATO lodgement program alongside the tax management team
• Full training will be provided for ATO processes and procedures
• Respond to client and external party emails and phone calls

• Strong time management abilities
• Proficiency in using office software and equipment
• Attention to detail and accuracy

Highly Desirable
• Prior administration experience in a service co-ordination role
• Minimum 3-5 years of administration experience required
• Experience in meeting targets and maintaining efficient workflows
