You will be responsible for the creation and execution of our educational programs that support the overall wellbeing, growth, and education of young children.Key Responsibilities :Ensure a high level of health & safety standards are maintained at all times.Create, develop and implement high quality and engaging educational programs.Facilitate play-based learning environments that are responsive to children's interests, strengths, and abilities.Observe and document children's progress and development.Foster positive relationships with children, families, and the community.Develop and participate in a variety of community projects and initiatives.Be part of a collaborative teaching and interactive learning environment.About you :You are a creative and inspired Early Childhood Teacher with a passion to lead and develop high quality age specific programs and daily routines.
