As a high-performing personal assistant, you will provide exceptional support to the General Manager in driving strong growth and operational excellence.
This is an opportunity to work closely with senior leadership, managing complex schedules, prioritizing appointments, and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
* Manage calendars, scheduling appointments, and prioritize tasks for the General Manager
* Coordinate inbox management, draft correspondence, filter emails and address urgent matters
Required Skills & Qualifications:
1. Prior experience as a personal assistant or executive administrator
2. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
3. Strong organizational ability with attention to detail and discretion when handling confidential information
4. Able to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining professionalism at all times
