We're on the hunt for an experienced cook to join our fast-paced, fun little South Californian-inspired kitchen.

What You'll Be Doing:
* Food prep & service
* Working Wednesday to Saturday
* Keeping your section tight and service smooth
* Bringing consistency and pride to every plate
What You Won't Be Doing:
* No ordering
* No supplier dramas
* No endless admin
* No Sunday/Monday grind
This is a walk in, cook hard, have fun, head home kind of role.
You Must Have:
* Proven kitchen experience
* Ability to handle busy services
* Strong prep skills
* Good vibes & team energy
* Pride in what leaves your section
We're not fine dining we're flavour, speed, personality and good times. If you can handle a busy Friday night and still laugh with the team, you'll fit right in.
