Project Coordinator Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to join our team in Tasmania to work on a major transmission project.
The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and carrying out day-to-day administrative tasks to assist the project team in achieving company and project goals. This includes document control, onboarding personnel, maintaining personnel records, and assisting with purchasing requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate and maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation related to the project.
* Onboard new personnel by arranging medicals, inductions, site access, PPE, and travel arrangements.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date personnel records, trackers, and registers.
* Assist with purchasing requirements, including invoicing and goods receipting.
Requirements:
* A minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role.
* Qualifications in Business/Project Administration/Office Management.
* Demonstrated good safety record and knowledge of Occupational Health & Safety.
* Current Drivers Licence.
* High level customer relationship management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* Strong attention to detail.
* Intermediate level PC, printer, scanners, and internet skills.
* Intermediate level Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook skills.
* High efficiency and accuracy of typing and word processing.
* Experience with diary and travel management.
* Excellent time management and organisational skills.
