About the role
The Family Court of WA offers a dynamic and busy environment, ideal for individuals driven by results and team leadership in customer service.
In this role you will:
* Lead a team delivering high-quality registry services to the WA community.
* Collaborate with Judiciary and Executive Management to improve the delivery of court services.
* Monitor and enhance service standards and procedures that assist in making it easier for customers to participate in Court processes.
We are seeking candidates with
* Experience in managing teams in high-volume customer service environments.
* Ability to identify trends, initiate change, and innovate operations.
* Strong understanding of court process and procedure is advantageous.
* Passion for customer-centric service and stakeholder engagement.
* Highly developed conceptual and analytical skills to solve customer-related problems.
Permanent positions – To be eligible for appointment to permanent positions in the West Australian Public Sector you must be an Australian citizen or have permanent resident status in Australia.
