Customer Service Representative Opportunity
This role is an exciting opportunity to join a global leader in the hearing aid industry.
Location: Toowoomba Clinic Hours: Casual Monday to Friday availability 8:30am to 4:30pm
The Role
* Engage with customers through phone, email, and in-person interactions, answering inquiries and providing tailored product information.
* Schedule appointments for hearing assessments and consultations with expert audiologists.
* Guide customers through our innovative range of hearing devices and accessories.
* Resolve concerns efficiently to ensure every interaction leaves a positive and lasting impression.
* Contribute to local marketing efforts to promote our clinic and its services.
* Perform minor hearing aid repairs (training provided).
Key Skills and Qualifications
* 2+ years of experience in delivering customer service in retail or allied health environments.
* Good computer literacy and the ability to navigate various software programs (CRM, appointment management, etc.).
* Attention to detail with a solid administrative background and a collaborative spirit.
* A positive, team-oriented attitude with the ability to work independently when needed.
