Full Time WAITSTAFF
L'Unico Trattoria Italiano is currently seeking talented, passionate and experienced wait staff to provide table service for our lovely customers and join our amazing team.
To be considered for this position you should:
* Be available at both days and nights and at weekends
* Have at least 2 year of experience as a Waiter / Waitress - you must be able to handle a busy section in a busy venue
* Have Australian work rights
*Beverage service
*Use the till and eftpos units
* Be able to carry three plates as well as drinks on a tray
* Be able to clear as well as set up tables.
* Have impeccable presentation and grooming standards
* Have flexibility with shifts, as early morning, day and weekend shifts are required
We pay the award rate under the restaurant award 2010.
We are a very busy venue and our sections are just as busy so please only apply if you are capable of running a busy section in a busy venue a 'la carte style.
