The Opportunity
FinXL is partnering with a high-profile NSW government organisation to secure multiple experienced Salesforce Developers for a critical, long-term digital transformation program. The successful candidate must have a valid birth certificate to pass the security clearance - must present an original, coloured copy of birth certificate (in place of birth)

Key Responsibilities
* Custom Development: Design, build, and maintain robust end-to-end solutions on the Salesforce platform using Apex classes, triggers, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
* System Integration: Lead the complex integration of Salesforce with critical external systems utilising the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform (API-led connectivity, DataWeave, and connectors).
* High-Security Standards: Architect platform configurations to strictly comply with rigorous government security, data integrity, and strict privacy protocols.
* Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as a technical advisor to translate complex business workflows and mission-critical requirements into elegant, scalable technical designs.
* DevOps Excellence: Ensure development practices align with modern CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), and structured Agile sprint cycles.
What You Bring
* Salesforce Expertise: Proven commercial track record in full-stack Salesforce development (Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and Advanced Flows).
* MuleSoft Specialisation: Deep hands-on experience connecting legacy and modern systems using MuleSoft Anypoint architectures.
* Security Mindset: Prior experience working within high-security environments, defence, or government sectors is highly regarded.
* Agile Rigour: Strong familiarity with automated deployment pipelines, repository governance, and fast-paced team environments.
Mandatory Security Clearance & Vetting Criteria
Due to the sensitive nature of this public safety and law enforcement system, candidates must strictly satisfy the following criteria:
* Work Rights: Must be an Australian Citizen OR Permanent Resident.
* Identity Documentation: You must possess and be able to provide a valid, official Birth Certificate (from your country of origin) alongside standard 100-point ID to successfully pass the mandatory agency security vetting.
* Vetting: Willingness to undergo a comprehensive background check and enhanced security clearance process.
