We are partnering with a high-performance commercial property advisory firm to appoint a Client Engagement Manager. This business specialises in helping investors acquire high-yield, cash-flowing assets through a disciplined, data-driven approach.
This is an opportunity to step into a commercially focused role that blends analysis, deal sourcing, and client advisory.
The Role
* Identify and assess commercial property investment opportunities
* Conduct due diligence across financials, leases, and asset risks
* Source off-market deals through proactive agent and owner outreach
* Manage the end-to-end client journey from onboarding to settlement
* Act as a trusted advisor to investors
About You
Our client is seeking a commercially minded operator with strong analytical capability and a proactive approach to deal-making. Candidates from Engineering, Finance, Construction, Project Management, Valuation, or Commercial Property backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
Key Skills & Experience
* 2–4+ years in commercial real estate, acquisitions, valuation, or similar
* Strong understanding of yield metrics, WALE, and cap rates
* Ability to assess property as an income-producing asset
* Experience or interest in off-market deal sourcing
* Strong communication and client management skills
* Real Estate Licence (or willingness to obtain)
