JRT Group is a growing and dynamic organisation based in Yeppoon, QLD.
With major works commencing in ****, we are seeking Expressions of Interest from motivated and experienced Civil Operators who would like to be considered for upcoming roles.
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a well-established, reputable organisation involved in major civil and earthmoving projects across the Capricorn Coast region.

About the Role
As a Civil Operator, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of a range of heavy machinery to support our construction projects.
We are seeking reliable, experienced operators who can hit the ground running and deliver high-quality work.
This is a local role — applicants must be willing to relocate to the Capricorn Coast.
Please note: FIFO and DIDO options are not available.
We currently have multiple operator positions available for Early ****.
We're looking for operators with experience on machines including (but not limited to):
Excavators
Skid Steers
Rollers
Loaders
Dozers
Key responsibilities may include:
Complete daily pre-start checks and basic maintenance
Proven experience operating civil machinery
Strong safety focus and understanding of site procedures
Complete daily paper dockets
Complete daily electronic timesheets
About You
We are looking for someone who:
At least 12 months of civil construction experience (road works or subdivisions preferred)
Current and relevant tickets/Licences
Construction Induction White Card
Current driver's licence and own reliable transport
Fit for physical work and able to pass drug and alcohol testing
Reliability, professionalism, and a strong work ethic
A strong work ethic, with the ability to work both independently and in a team
